Program Overview:

Join the Empowered.Her program, a supportive 5-week journey designed to help you build the foundation for a bold, healthy, and purposeful life. This course will guide you through self-reflection, habit-building, and connecting with a like-minded women community, providing you with the tools to create clarity, confidence, and sense of empowerment. This course is designed for you who is looking to break free from limiting beliefs and establishing healthy habits, this program is your first step toward long-term personal transformation. This course is designed to be accessible for everyone, even if you consider yourself a health guru, there is always room for growth. This is a program for growth and a community of women who empower each other on their path and forge life long connections.

Course Outline:

Week 1

Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs & Building New Habits
This week, we’ll focus on identifying the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back and explore how self-destructive behaviours (such as unhealthy habitual thoughts and emotions) stem from these beliefs. You’ll learn how to replace these behaviours with empowering routines, thus starting the process of transformation.

Week 2

Self-Loving Discipline & Physical Well-being
Discover how discipline, when practiced with self-love, can be a powerful tool for nurturing your body and mind. This session will explore how to establish a wellness routine that supports both physical and emotional health.

Week 3

Gaining Clarity & Connecting to Your Intuition
In this session, you’ll learn how to connect with your intuition to guide your decisions and gain clarity about who you are and what you truly want. By the end of this week, you’ll be better equipped to make choices that align with your authentic self.

Week 4

Purpose & Alignment—Creating a Vision for Your Future Self
Create a clear vision of the person you want to become. This week is dedicated to defining your "Future Self" and aligning your daily actions with the life you want to lead, with how you think, feel and behave.

Week 5

Embodying Empowerment & Moving Forward
In our final week, we’ll bring everything together, helping you integrate the lessons and habits you’ve developed over the course of the program. You’ll create a personalized plan to carry this empowered mindset forward into your life.


Please note:
This course will provide you with the foundational tools for a healthier, more empowered life, setting the stage for future growth. After completing this program, you’ll be ready to take part in the upcoming 10-week Self-Leadership Program, where you’ll focus on bringing your visions and projects to life through actionable steps and leadership development. Starting early 2025, More info coming soon.


Second Note:
This program is an alpha version of the Empowered.Her program. Meaning it’s the first time I am running it and will be learning with you as we go along. So it would be explorative and research oriented for crafting the program for beta version and then finally for the complete version. The nature of the Alpha version course is for it to remain dynamic, and that the program outlined above is set an example of what to expect yet not market on stone, even in this first version, I expect it to be a powerful and transformative opportunity. Due to us both being on the learning journey during the program, it is now offered at a very low price. Enjoy it :)
